Croix, November, 16th, 2020 – Oney Bank, expert in payment, consumer credit and insurance solutions, announces the appointment of Théo Ahonoukoun as Oney Group Human Resources Director, since November 2nd. With his team, Théo Ahonoukoun’s mission will be to support Oney’s human resources policy, accelerate the company’s transformation and accompany it in its European growth.
Graduated from the Executive Master in Human Resources at Sciences Po Paris and with a Master in Management from ESSEC Business School Paris, Théo Ahonoukoun (45 years old) has spent his entire career in the banking sector.
For nearly 16 years, he held several positions in the Human Resources department of Banque Populaire du Nord, where he was in charge of trainings, employment and skills development, and employees’ professionalization, until he became Human Resources Manager.
In 2017, he was appointed Director of Human Resources and Communication at Hoist Finance, where he defined and managed the company’s HR strategy and policy.
His international experience acquired within the Hoist Finance Group, a Swedish bank present in 11 European countries, over the last 4 years and his knowledge of the finance business will be key assets to successfully fulfil his mission.
His expertise, his human and genuine approach and his commitment will enable Oney Bank to accelerate its transformation and achieve our growth objectives:
