What is Digital Accessibility?

Digital accessibility is a set of rules and best practices covering functional, visual, technical, and editorial aspects.

Applying these rules and best practices helps ensure that digital content and services (websites, mobile applications, PDF documents, etc.) are accessible to people with disabilities.

An accessible website enables users to:

  • Customize the display through the operating system and/or browser (increase or decrease text size, change fonts, modify colors, stop animations, etc.).
  • Navigate using assistive technologies such as screen readers or braille displays.
  • Navigate without a mouse, using only a keyboard, switch devices, or a touchscreen.
  • Access videos and audio content through captions and/or transcripts.
  • And more.

Commitment to digital accessibility

Oney is committed to making its websites (internet, intranet, and extranet), mobile applications, software packages, and digital public information terminals accessible in accordance with Article 47 of French Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005 and in line with the ambitions and commitments of the BPCE Group, of which it is a member.

Groupe BPCE is currently implementing a program aimed at strengthening digital accessibility, one of the key elements of which is the development of a multi-year plan for 2025-2027 common to all its entities.

Oney follows this common framework through its own local implementation document: 2025 Action Plan.

Compliance Status

Oney is partially conformant with the French general accessibility improvement guidelines (Référentiel Général d’Amélioration de l’Accessibilité – RGAA), as certain parts of our website do not fully conform with the guidelines, as listed below.

In the event of a planned redesign or decommissioning of the service, no corrective action will be undertaken.

Test results

The RGAA 4.1.2 conformance test conducted by Temesis found that: 62.71% of RGAA criteria are met.

Issuance of this accessibility statement

This statement was established on 8 July 2026.

As part of its continuous improvement approach to digital accessibility, Oney monitors the compliance of its digital services with regulatory transparency obligations.

Should this statement expire, a new RGAA compliance audit will be scheduled to renew it as soon as possible.
