Oney, a specialist in innovative payment solutions, announces the appointment of Nicolas Dreyfus as Group Strategy Director. He has also been made Chairman of Oney France and of Oney Trust, a Group subsidiary working on increasing the security of the online shopping experience. As a result, Nicolas Dreyfus will represent Oney France on the Group General Management Committee. Corinne Hochart, CEO of Oney China, replaces him as CEO of Oney France.

A graduate from the École Supérieure de Commerce in Reims, and recipient of an Accountancy and Finance Degree, Nicolas Dreyfus (46 years of age) began his career at Constantin Group, an international audit and accountancy firm. He then joined REXEL Group (part of PPR Group) as an internal auditor for Europe, North America, Latin America and Oceania before becoming Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Rexel Chile and later Rexel UK.
Nicolas Dreyfus joined Oney group in 2004 as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) before being appointed CEO of Oney Portugal four years later. As CEO France since July 2012, he gave it new impetus by fundamentally overhauling Oney’s operations in France. As part of this, he implemented an ambitious strategy resulting in the development of the instalment payment solutions as well as in the strengthening of Oney’s expertise in security, shopping experience, innovation with major retailers and e-tailers and transaction security solutions. In 2012, he launched an ambitious plan to transform the business and workforce to meet the new demands and expectations of Oney’s customers and partners.
Appointed Group Strategy Director, Nicolas Dreyfus will be tasked with driving growth in all Group countries and will be responsible for strategic partnerships, restructuring operations and prioritising strategic development projects. In parallel, he will also serve as Chairman of Oney France and Oney Trust (Group subsidiary working on making the online shopping experience more secure) thereby supporting Corinne Hochart and William Ben Chemouil, respective CEOs of these two subsidiaries, with the development of their businesses.

After studying management and strategy at the IESEG School of Management in Lille, Corinne Hochart (47 years of age) began her career as a Credit Risk Analyst at Finaref, which has since become Sofinco. She joined Oney Group in 1998, initially working in France as a Risk Manager in the Risk teams before moving to Portugal where she spent six years as Director, successively, of the Risk and Organisational, Customer Dynamics and Services and Strategic Planning and Human Resources departments.
In 2010, she was appointed CEO of Oney Hungary and Romania. In July 2013, she became CEO of Oney China. In what is a dynamic market in China, Corinne introduced an innovative payment strategy revolving around the diversification of payment methods in particular payment over the phone.
Corinne Hochart will be focussed on fostering the company’s values, both internally and externally, to continue the business and workforce transformation underway within the group and thereby speed up the development of ever more innovative services to respond to the new consumption patterns and the emergence of ever more personalised, flexible and engaging shopping experiences.
