Conditions applicable to the services offered in the ONEY+ mobile application:
The Oney+ payment account is reserved for individuals of legal age, residing in France, and acting for non-business purposes. It can be used within the limits determined according to the account holder's income. The application for a Oney+ account is made exclusively on the Oney+ mobile application. The opening of an Oney+ account is subject to the study and acceptance of the application by Oney Bank. The account holder has a 14-day cancellation period.
The Oney+ card is an immediate debit VISA "Classic" or "Premier" payment card.
The payment account and the Oney+ card included in the Oney+ Original and Oney+ First offers are available separately for a fee per unit specified in the Oney+ price list available on the mobile application. The possibility of choosing the account to be debited is a service provided subject to the eligibility of the Oney+ account holder. If eligible, Oney will, at the account holder's request, debit the payment account held by the account holder with another institution, in order to fund the Oney+ account with the amount of payment transactions made with the Oney+ card.
Split payment is a credit offer valid for any payment transaction with the Oney+ card over €1, excluding cash withdrawals, provided the account holder is eligible for this service. The credit is subject to a fee equal to 1.45% of the amount of the transaction, up to a maximum of €15, for a credit repayable in three instalments; 2.2% of the amount of the transaction, up to a maximum of €30, for a credit repayable in four instalments. Example for a payment of €150 split into 3 instalments: on the day of the transaction, a first instalment of €50, as well as the €2.18 split fee, is debited from your Oney+ account; the following month, a second instalment of €50 is debited, followed by a third instalment of €50; the credit is then repaid over 2 months at a fixed APR of 19.26%. The credit application must be made on the day of payment, before midnight. The borrower has a 14-day cancellation period.
